At KEESH MODE, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your product is unused and in its original packaging, you are still within the 30-day purchase period, and the product meets the conditions below, we will gladly offer you a return or refund.

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • You must have received the wrong item.
  • Your item arrived damaged or broken.
  • Your item was lost in transit.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@keeshmode.com.

Cancellations

You can only cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing the order. After 5 minutes, our orders are stopped in the processing process, and after that, cancellation might no longer be possible. We also will charge a €15 cancellation fee.

Refused Shipments

Refunds aren’t issued for refused shipments. Refusing delivery will forfeit a refund of your purchase price.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Please contact us if returns are very important to you before placing the order, so we can make sure it's possible for your order.

We reserve the right to not accept a return if it is clear there is no real issue with the item and the item clearly matched the description of the product page. We usually solve return requests in these situations with exchanges for something else.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

We also reserve the right to not refund/only refund part of the order if it is regarding sizing and the customer has not been in contact with us to ensure the correct sizing. We have different suppliers, and it's the customer’s responsibility to be sure that the sizing they buy fits. This is also to avoid unnecessary over-consumption and environmental impacts in fast fashion, where people buy without checking sizing and without the intention of keeping the product.

This also applies to fashion items where the customer has not contacted us to see specific images of the product. We take environmental responsibility seriously and will not be part of an industry where sending packages back and forth is the norm. We ask you to contact us, and you will always get help in sizing and proper photos of the items in question.

We do not offer returns on customized orders or items that did not meet specific sizing requirements (please ensure you check the size before purchasing or speak to us at info@keeshmode.com).

Most lamps also fall under this category since they are costly to transport and more often than not are made when the order comes in. Please contact us if you have a question about the return policy for a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, as well as exchanges, under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • The item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Contact our customer support team at info@keeshmode.com to request a return or exchange.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 days.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • There are no restocking fees.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive your returned item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
  • If you choose an exchange, we will process and ship the replacement item after receiving the returned product.

Order Cancellations

We aim to process your order as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us before 5:00 PM on the same day of placing your order. After this time, we cannot guarantee cancellation as orders may have already been processed or shipped.
